Lunch

Hey it's Nellie. Here's what happened at lunch yesterday:

Me: Hey guys!
Anabella, Coco Chanel, and Massie: Hey! Who do you wanna sit by?
Me: I don't care, really. Y'all pick.
Massie: Sit by me!
Me: Sure. *I go to sit down by her*
Massie: So, hwo many other doll 'sisters' do you have?
Me: 7, soon to be 9.
C.C.: *is drinking milk, but when she hears this it comes out her nose and she snorts*
A.B.: *jumps up* OMG, C.C.! YOU'RE SO FLIPPING ANNOYING! WHY ARE YOU SO DUMB! I JUST GOT THIS NEW JEAN SKIRT AND TANKTOP YESTERDAY!
C.C.: I'm sorry Belle! It's just, like, she has a lot of sisters!
A.B.: SO????? IDIOT!
C.C.: Whatevs.
Massie: *laughs so hard tears are coming down her cheeks, same with me*
C.C.: Anyway, so, do y'all wanna have a monster sleepover this Friday at my dorm? I don't have a roommate or anything.
Me: Sure! I'd love to!
Massie: I'm in.
A.B.: What do you want me to bring?
C.C.: Well, Belle, can you bring the movies?
A.B.: KK.
Me: What do you want me to bring?
C.C.: Ummmmm.......... soda and stuff.
Me: Okay.
Massie: What about me?
C.C.: Extra pillows and blankets.
A.B.: So, Nellie, now that you're in our Clique, what do you want your nickname to be? You have to make one up! Mine is Belle, Massie is Issie, and you know Coco Chanel's nickname already.
Me: Ummm, how about....... Ella?
A.B.: Perfecto! Ella it is.
C.C.: Wait, what's my nickname again?
A.B.: *slaps forehead* Are you serious?
C.C.: Yahhhhh.....
A.B.: IT'S FLIPPING C.C.! YOU MADE THE STUPID NICKNAME UP!!!!!!!!!!
C.C.: What does it stand for?
A.B.: You absolutely just kill me. I'm serious. I will die one day because of your stupidness. You'll probably accidentally push me off of a bridge or cliff.
C.C.: What's a cliff?
A.B.: Ugggghhh! I need an aspirin STAT!
Me: So, what time on Friday?
C.C.: 4.
Me: Can my sisters come?
A.B.: Ohhh, about that...
Issie: Ummm, C.C., you tell her.
C.C.: Well, Ella, umm, your sisters, well, ummm, we, like, ummmm, don't, uhhhh, hmmmm, well, ummmm, let's see...... we only invite each other to sleepovers.
A.B.: Absolutely nobody else. If someone we didn't invite shows up, we kick the person who invited them out of the group.
Me: Ohhhhhh, okay. Sorry.
A.B.: No, no, no, no! It's okay! Just don't ever ask if you can invite someone else again, KK?
Me: Yah.
A.B.: Excellent.

Love,

Nellie

A SURPRISE!

Okay, now, you all know Pioneer is going to be going to AG B&B soon, right? And she's getting #30 and #23 JLYs, right? And she's also getting the Petal Hoodie outfit and the Sparkly Angel outfit? Well, we just found out today that she's getting something else........ but it's a SURPRISE! We will give you hints, and the day before Pioneer leaves for the B&B you will have all the hints, but you have to put them all together! They won't be in order!

So, here's today's first hint: flower.

Remember to write the clues down if you need to!

Love,

all 8 of us!

Picasa Web Album

We have a Picasa account now, and we took some pictures, but we won't be able to make one for a couple hours or so. Oh, and it's not going to be really exciting because it'll be our very first one, but we promise they'll get more exciting and stuff!

Chloe and 2 new outfits

Hello everyone! Haven't written on here in a while! It's Nicki, and guess what? I'll tell you the less important news first:

Pioneer is getting the new Petal Hoodie something or other outfit from AG and the Sparkly Angel outfit too! At the AG B&B!

Now, the BIG news!

Now, you know that every 2 years AG releases a new historical, right? Well, the rumors are the next one will be Chloe, a Louisiana Purchase doll! Oooooh, if it's true, Pioneer said she will definitely get her! This is how pioneer pictures her:

Blonde hair
Blue or green eyes
Green meet dress with red flowers

Well, there's an update! GTG!

Nicki

Breakfast

Hi everyone. We are leaving for breakfast soon, so I have time to write. I sat with guess who at lunch? ANABELLA! Here's what happened:

Me: Hi Anabella!
A.B.:Um, like, hi Nellie?
Me: Can I sit with you?
A.B.: Whatevs.
Me: So, who are your friends?
A.B.: Oh, the JLY #21 is Massie, and JLY #22 is Coco Chanel.
Me: Hi Massie! Hi Coco Chanel! Coco, were you named after the famous woman in the '20s or something who made clothes and stuff?
C.C.: What are you talking about?
Me: You don't know who Coco Chanel is?
C.C.: Whaaaaaaaaaat? I'm confused. That's a perfume.
Me: Ohhhhh boy. Who do you think created the perfume?
C.C.: Idk (she actually said IDK, not I don't know, IDK!), like, people in, like, Tokyo or Japan?
Me: Tokyo is in Japan.
C.C.: Are you serious?
Me.: Yessssss!
C.C.: Ummmmm, like, how do you know this stuff? Like--
A.B.: Shut up, C.C.! Just shut up! Why are you so stupid sometimes?
C.C.: Oh, Nellie, my nickname is C.C., BTW, and--
A.B.: Did you hear what I even said?
C.C.: Oh, that was you?
A.B. *groans*
Massie: Nellie, I LOVE your haircut!
Me: Thank you!
A.B.: Okay, Nellie, now, let me have a word with the girls for a minute, yes?
Me: Ummm, ok. Sure.
A.B.: BRB *walks over to talk to the others*
A.B.: *comes back to my side* Will you sit with us from now on? Tomorrow, this same table, and wear that exact same outfit, KK?
Me: Sure.
A.B.: Now, since it's your first time with us, we should let you know that we're a Clique, and it's a really big deal to let someone join us. We've been here at Kimdale for 6 years, so we are, like, the queens of the school.
Me: Okaaaaaaaaaay.....
A.B.: Now, sit with us at lunch too, KK?
Me: Okay.

And I will tell you what happened at lunch tomorrow! Bye!

Love,

Nellie

Some News

Pioneer is creating a second blog! It's about fairies though, not us, but yay! It will be created right now!

all 8 of us

Hello

Sorry for not writing in so long--lots to do at Kimdale last week. Camping trip, unpacking, the auditorium get-to-know each other meeting. We just got back from the camping trip yesterday. It was an okay trip, but not very fun. We had to sleep on the ground, not in tents, on the sticks and rocks and leaves, so my back is all bruised and cut and aching. And my neck hurts from sleeping on my pillow all weird. Ugh.

BTW, it's Nellie, and I am sharing my dorm with... nobody! I know! Well, I did, but when I walked into the room, my roommate was already packing up her belongings and such. Here's what happened:

Me: Oh, um, hi! What's your name?
The doll: Anabella.
Me: Nice to meet you, Anabella! I'm Nellie O'Malley, your new roommate!
Anabella: I'm moving out to a new dorm.
Me: WHAT?!?!?!?!?!
A.B.: Yap.
Me: Why?
A.B.: Because I hate sharing my room with other people, and so I threw a hissyfit to the headmistress and she let me get a new room that nobody lives in.
Me: But, but, but..... PLEASE DON'T GO!
A.B.: Why? We don't even know each other, so what's it to you? Besides, you get to do whatever you want to this whole room now, since it's only yours.

And then she left. I was fuming. What a toffee nosed brat! How could she be so selfish! I was looking forward to sharing a room with another doll and becoming friends with her! AAAGH!

Anyway, Anabella probably thought she was popular or something. She was a JLY #27 with earrings and had on the AG Yoga Gear pants, Nicki's flowered print pink tanktop, and flip-flops. She had a valley-girl accent and acted like she was all that in a bag of potato chips. Hmmph to her!

Love,

Nellie

Website

It's almost bedtime.... will write tomorrow, but need to write one thing--we made a Wetpaint website! It's called Samantha and her sisters' Extraordinary Website! It's on our fave blog list!

Love,

all of us

P.S. we are sad about the deleting of Ruthie's blog!

Saturday, June 20, 2009

Sorry!

For not posting earlier! I've been very busy! Anyway, it's Ruthie, and guess who I am sharing my room with? KIT!!!!! YAY! I was so happy! When I walked in, Kit and I immediately started talking! I'm so glad I found her! She also had Grace, her doggy, with her! We turned on the Kit Kittredge movie and had so much fun! I loved it! We stayed up until 2 in the morning talking and laughing! Now, we're always together! She's been at Kimdale for 5 years, so she knows a lot about it!

Really, truly,

Ruthie

P.S. We PROMISE to take pictures of Iseult and Murron when they arrive!

Dinner at Kimdale

We just finished dinner about an hour ago (it takes a looong time for EVERYONE to eat) and, well, I'm not feeling well now.

It's Sam, BTW, and I share my room with Lindsey, GOTY 2001. She's really sweet and funny and smart. She has this cute little puppy! But, anyway, I'm not feeling well because of this:

We all went into the cafeteria when the dinner bell rang. We crowded through the doors, and when everyone had sat down at a table, I stood in the middle, looking around for my sisters. I couldn't find them, so I went to sit with Lindsey. Lindsey was sitting with Kailey, Marisol, Jess, Nicki (not our Nicki), Mia (not our Mia), Chrissa, Gwen, and Sonali. I plopped myself down next to Lindsey, and they didn't even notice me! I cleared my throat and coughed, hummed, sneezed, slurped my milk, laughed to myself, groaned, moaned, whimpered, and they still didn't look my way! I thought they were being me to me on purpose, since they were all GOTYs, and I was a HC, but then, back up in our room, I asked Lindsey why she ignored me, and she just laughed and said it was a joke, that they play it on every new girl that sits next to them. They always explain it to them after, though, and talk to them after and introduce them to people and stuff. So, it just made me feel dizzy and headachy, and I kinda felt like throwing up. I don't know why, but I suddenly ran to the bathroom, barfed in the sink 10 times, and came out looking AWFUL!

So, here I am, watching TV with Lindsey and blogging. Lights go out at 11, since it's summer, but all the girls still whisper to each other. I'm going to sleep now, though. Bye.

Love,

Samantha

Kimdale Arrival

We are here! 3 hours of driving! Well, here's what happened:

We all got into the car at 9, and drove for 3 hours. We stopped at 11:30 to get some food, because Sam ate all the food I packed last night by accident. Then, we arrived at Kimdale.

We saw humongous black gates guarding the entrance. There were golden angel statues on each side of the gate, and 2 policemen were sitting in front of the gate. We checked in, and they said something into their walkie-talkies, and then pressed some buttons and opened up the gate. We drove through it, and the gates quickly shut behind us. There was a twisty road ahead of us, and trees and bushes were on both sides of the road. It was like driving through an enchanted forest.

We drove down the long, long, lone, twisty road for a while. Then, we came to a enormous building that was so big it looked like the Queen of England's palace! It had millions of windows, and huge doors in the front, and balconies on each of the 4 stories. There were marble steps leading up to the door, and a little pond at the side with lily pads in it. There were also trees, but not many. There was a huge green field surrounding the building. Bushes were on both sides of the school, also. Engraved in gold on the door was Kimdale School for Young Ladies. It was so magnificent and beautiful, it took our breaths away.

We knocked on the door, and immediately someone answered. It was a nice looking young woman in a very nice skirt and jacket set. She had her hair pulled back in a bun, a dark beauty mark, pink lips, long eyelashes, and black eyes. She had on heels that click-clacked every time she walked.

"Hello, there, young ladies!" She smiled warmly at us. "You must be the new American Girl dolls we were expecting today! Kirsten, Nellie, Nicki, Ruthie, Mia, Samantha, Molly, Rebecca, and a Mini Julie?"

"Yes, ma'am, that's us," Samantha replied.

"Marvelous! Now, I am Ms. Perkinson, headmistress of this boarding school. I am so delighted to meet you all finally! Come in, come in, and let me show you your rooms. Oh, and Mini Julie can follow Miss Hatchcock, my best friend. Miss Hatchcock will take Mini Julie to the other building on campus for the mini dolls. Now, come along!" Ms. Perkinson said in her crisp, cheery voice. We all hugged and kissed M.J., and then followed Ms. P.

"Now, your rooms are on the 4th floor, the highest and most exciting. I hope you like your roommates! They are all very nice girls. Oh, and tomorrow will be your tour of the school, so set your alarms to 7 in the morning, and meet me in the auditorium by 8. The auditorium isn't hard to miss, it's on the ground floor, I'm sure you'll see me there. I'll be on my laptop, and the only other person in there at that time besides the custodian," Ms. P. told us.

Ms. P. led us to room #12 first. She knocked on the door, and opened it. She told Kirsten that #12 was her room, and we all said goodbye to Kirsten. Then, Ms. P. told us to follow her to the next room, #13, and told Nellie that was her room. #14, Nicki. #15, Ruthie. #16, Mia. #17, Sam. #18, Molly, and #22, mine.

Ms. P. knocked on #22, turned the knob, and opened the door. There, standing with her back to us, was Elizabeth Cole, except she was dressed in her Tea Lesson dress. She turned around, and flashed a sparkling white, toothy smile at Ms. P.

"Good evening, Ms. Perkinson. How are you today?" Elizabeth said. Ms. P. smiled and introduced me, and then left me.

"Hi, Rebecca! It's very nice to meet you! What a joy it is to have you be my roommate!" Elizabeth smiled at me.

"Yes, it's nice to meet you too! Umm, are you here with any other doll 'sisters', or just by yourself?" I asked her.

"Why, yes. I am with Molly McIntire, Jess McConnell, Felicity Merriman, Marisol Luna, and that's it," Elizabeth replied.

"Oh, I'm with Kirsten Larson, Nellie O'Malley, Nicki Fleming, Ruthie Smithens, Mia St. Clair, Samantha Parkington, Molly McIntire, Mini Julie Albright who is at the other building for Mini Dolls, and soon to be Iseult McCormick, who is JLY #30, and Murron Chisolm, who is JLY #23," I explained to her.

"Wow, you're so lucky to have so many sisters!" Elizabeth exclaimed. I smiled, and then set down my very heavy suitcase on the empty bed by the window. I started to unpack my bag when I noticed Elizabeth was hovering over me.

"Umm, Elizabeth--" I began, but she stopped me.

"Call me Lizzie! Oh, don't worry, I'll stop now."

"Oh, thank you,"

I unpacked all my things and then put them in my closet. Then, Lizzie sat down on her bed and asked me if I liked the school so far.

"Yes, I do so far. How long have you been here?" I replied.

"About, hmmm... let's see.... 2 years, going on 3 in September," Lizzie told me.

"Wow, that's a long time. Do you like it here?" I asked her.

Lizzie shrugged. I took that as a sign she didn't want to talk about it, so I turned on the TV that was on our wall, and watched the Felicity AG movie. When it was over, I went on the computer and went to my blog. So, that was our very first day at Kimdale.

Shalom!

~pioneerfan04 doll gang~

A Decision has been Made...

Okay, since Murron (JLY #23) is Scottish, Pioneer has decided to make her last name Chisolm. Murron Chisolm. Ooooh, I am so excited to meet her and Iseult! So much excitement and pleasure in just 2 days! Kimdale and 2 new dolls!

Iseult McCormick (who is Irish) and Murron Chisolm (who is Scottish) are going to come in July, or maybe sooner!

Love,

Ruthie

Goodbyes

We had a visit with all the other dolls in Pioneer's room just now. We said goodbye to the Barbies, the Madame Alexanders, the Webkinz, the stuffed animals, and all the other toys in Pioneer's room. We barely knew them all, because in Pioneer's room all the different brands of toys are in separate groups, but they still knew our names and were nice. They usually sleep in until 9 o'clock in the morning, so we won't see them until, well, I don't know when we'll see them again! This is all very sad.

Love,

Molly

Guess what?

No, not chicken butt! Lol haha! Okay, read the post about this week's contest winner if you voted for Rebecca before you read this one.

Well, we are all packed and ready for our move tomorrow. We are leaving at 9 in the morning, so we are waking up at 7, packing up at 8, and leaving at 9. All 9 of us (including M.J.) will be crammed in this little truck for 3-4 hours! But, I can't wait to see my dorm-room! I wonder who I'll be sharing it with. Maybe a JLY, or GOTY, or HC (Historical Character). I need to make lunch for the road tomorrow, so we won't have to stop anywhere to eat. I cannot wait for Murron and Iseult to go there with us. The headmistress said that we will be allowed to go meet the girls at the airport the day they arrive, and bring them back to Kimdale. I can't wait! I'm so excited! Murron and Iseult! We'll take pictures of them, we promise!

This morning=packing.
This afternoon=goodbyes.
Tomorrow=KIMDALE!

Love,

Mia

Profile:Murron, JLY #23

Murron is a very tough young lady, although she is a pussycat at heart. She loves riding horses, running, and is Scottish/Irish,but mostly Irish. She is a daredevil, also, but not in a bad way, a brave way. She has brown hair, blue eyes, light skin, and freckles. She loves to wear her hair down. She is Iseult's BFF.

Sadness

I am sad. You know why? I am going to Kimdale. I love Yomville, where we live! It's wonderful! But, I guess you sometimes have to do things you don't want to do in life. *Sighs*. I wish someone else was on Blogger right now. We might create a LiveJournal account this summer at *lets out a sob* KIMDALE! WAAAHHHH! I'm in a little cardboard box right now, I made it my thinking space. It has my laptop, a pillow for sitting/laying down on, and posters. I love it here in Pioneer's room, in Yomville. I am so scared!

Love,

Kirsten

P.S. The 2nd JLY Pioneer might get will probably be #23, and Pioneer changed her mind about the name and doll. Her first name will definitely be Murron. It is a Scottish name, but also can be an Irish name, more Scottish though.

The 2nd Doll

Okay, before you read this post please read the one before just in case you voted for Rebecca.

Now, if you already read that one, you can read this one. The second doll Pioneer might get will probably be..... well, definitely a JLY, but which one? Hmmm...... maybe JLY #22, maybe. But, whichever one she gets, her name will definitely be Anabella Hoover. Yup. Ugh, M.J. wants to get one. Bye! Rebecca

Mini Julie says: Hello everyone! We are leaving for Kimdale tomorrow! I can't believe it! I will be going to a different building on campus for Mini AG dolls. I will miss my 'sisters', but I'll still see all of them on weekends and during the summer, which we are having now. We are going to Kimsdale so early in the summer because we'll have time to settle in and get used to it, and not have a whole bunch of work right away. We'll spend our summer vacation there until school starts, and then we will be doing our schoolwork there and stuff. I can't wait! I'll finally meet a mini just like me! I'm very excited!

Love,

M.J.

THIS WEEK'S CONTEST WINNER!

This week's contest winner was.....*drumroll*..... well, nobody yet. I said yet because the person who wrote the last contest was Rebecca, and on the poll there was some votes for Rebecca, but nobody told me they voted for Rebecca, so I guess if you did vote for Rebecca, you have until this afternoon to comment here and tell me, because this is the last Mystery Writer Contest ever, since we are going to Kimsdale.

2 dolls!

Pioneer is getting 2 dolls! Iseult McCormick, and maybe Gwen or Chrissa, she'll decide which other doll she gets when she goes to AG B&B in July. Yay! 2 new adopted doll 'sisters' to meet us at Kimdale! There will be 10 of us normal sized dolls, but still only M.J.

Oh, and M.J. is coming with us to Kimdale also! Except, there is another building on campus for mini AG dolls, and M.J. will go there, but we'll still all see each other on weekends and during the summer!

Shalom!

Rebecca

Hello

Sorry to post a lot, but we just realized we have a bunch of memos.

Next week, we will not post at all because we will be at Kimdale, and the tradition at Kimdale is:

During the very first week you're at Kimdale, the headmistress rounds up all the girls that were new that week on the Monday of that week, and they all go to the auditorium, where all the girls that aren't new at Kimdale are sitting in the auditorium. Then, the new girls walk up onto the stage, introduce themselves, and then once all the new girls are done introducing themselves, the the girls who aren't new ask different girls questions about themselves and stuff. Then, on the Tuesday of that week, the new girls are introduced to a girl who isn't new there, and then the new girl is shown around campus by the other girl, and then this goes on and on until Friday, and then on Friday evening, the headmistress rounds up every single girl in the whole school and we all go on a humongous camping trip for the whole weekend. We can't wait! So, that's why we will not update next week.

~pioneerfan04 doll gang~

The Contest

The winners will be announced tomorrow, since we leave for Kimdale Friday.

~pioneerfan04 AG doll gang~

Packing, packing, packing.

If you read the post before, then read this one. If you haven't, then read the one before this one or else you won't get this one. Anyway, for those of you who have read the last post, hi. I am about 25% sad, 25% excited, 25% happy, and 25% scared. Why? Because WE ARE PACKING UP FOR KIMDALE! We are packing up a little today, and then tomorrow we'll pack up the furniture and stuff. The headmistress or Kimdale said that pets are allowed at Kimdale, so Coconut and Sprocket are coming also. When Nicki found out we were going to Kimdale, she immediately asked if pets were allowed (she and Sprocket are inseperable), and when we said we didn't know, that most boarding schools don't allow pets, she burst out into tears. She cried and cried, and then we ran to the computer, went to Kimdale's official website, and found out pets are allowed. When we told that to Nicki (she was crying into Sprocket's fur) started kissing him all over and speaking to him in baby voices.

But, anyway, I am not really excited about Kimdale. I mean, it sounds like a grand adventure, but when I found out we were going there, my stomach did a flip-flop and I felt like I was going to throw up, partly from excitement and partly from nervousness. I don't know what to do! There will be so many other dolls there, and each of us pioneerfan04 dolls will be in different dorm with different dolls we don't know. Ohhhhh!

Iseult McCormick and Big News

Hi y'all! Sorry for not posting yesterday, we were busy! Anyway, Pioneer thinks that JLY #30 won't be named Achazia Janina Milgrom anymore, but here's the catch: JLY #30 writes plays for the school, and she also acts as the main character, and she always writes plays about a Jewish girl from Europe named Achazia Janina Milgrom! Yup. So, since JLY #30 isn't named that name anymore, Pioneer is thinking of naming her a name she has always loved: Iseult. Yes, Iseult. Her nickname is Izzet. Iseult is an Irish name, and Pioneer is Irish. Iseult was an ancient princess in Ireland who was betrothed to the King of England, and the King sent over his nephew to ride over on the boat with the princess, and the nephew (whose name was Tristan) and Iseult drank out of the same golden goblet, and fell in love, and the King found out, which led to their tragic deaths. It's a sad story, but it's one of Pioneer's favorite Irish legends.

Anyway, so JLY #30 is Irish, and she comes straight from Ireland with a nice, thick Irish accent. She does not have a passion for acting, but a passion for writing! She hasn't arrived here yet (Pioneer hasn't even bought her yet!), but we hopefully will get her this July. Oh, and her last name is McCormick. I can't wait to meet her! She looks Irish also. She sounds so interesting!

Oh, and I forgot to mention the big news. It is very, very big. I have to take a few minutes to let it out.

Okay, here it is: on June 19, all 8 of us dolls are going to.......... a.......... boarding school called Kimdale School for Young Ladies. I am so excited! I really am! It will be so much fun to post from there! We just found out today! I know! It's so exciting! When we do, and if we do, get Iseult McCormick will be transferred there after she arrives! I am very excited! I can't wait!

Shalom!

About the voting....

Please tell us who you voted for by commenting on this post! Thanks!

~pioneerfan04 AG doll gang~

Millie

Pioneer doesn't think she'll get the Millie Keith ALOF doll anymore. She might in the future, but for now she's sticking to her beloved AG dolls. Sorry, Millie! But, we are getting Achazia Janina Milgrom! Oh, and we are still going to write to Millie, of course! She was very nice! We won't lose touch with her!

Shalom,

Rebecca

Last Week's Contest Winner

Remember last Monday's contest for the mystery writer? Well, I am afraid that nobody one last week's. The mystery writer was..... *drumroll*....... Ruthie Smithens. Thank you all for voting, though! This Monday, we are doing another contest! Who do you think wrote this week's post? Kirsten, Nellie, Nicki, Mia, Samantha, Rebecca, or Molly? Ruthie is eliminated from this week's, since she did last week's. Oh, and this week the poll ends Friday because next week we won't be able to post until the Monday after that Monday, because we are camping that week. So, the winner will be announced Friday, and you can vote at the side poll. Good luck!

Only vote once! Next week's winner(s) will be mentioned! Oh, and the first hint is: she's a Historical Character!

You can comment on this if you need anymore hints!

Love,

Kirsten, Nellie, Nicki, Mia, Samantha, Rebecca, or Molly.

The JLY doll's new name

Okay, Pioneer has decided to name the JLY she's going to get something unique. So, she decided to name her something Yiddish, and make her a Jew from Europe. She immigrated over here this year, and her name is Achazia! Doesn't it sound so magical? Oh, and she is also beautiful! She has light skin, brownish blackish layered hair, and brown eyes. She is the JLY #30 Her last name is Milgrom. So, Achazia (meaning: the Lord holds) Janina Milgrom is her name! Pioneer is naming her middle and last name after a character in one of her favorite books. I cannot wait to meet her! It will be very fun to talk to each other about our heritage!

Shalom,

Rebecca

The Story

Okay, if any of you read the very first post we ever wrote, then read this. If not, read it now. For those of you that have, read this now.

It says, when we put Kirsten's name, that we would tell you 'the story' later. But, we didn't........ until now! So, here is the story:

Pioneer got Marisol Luna, GOTY 2005, for Christmas in 2005. She loved Marisol very much, and many people said that she looked like her. She was Pioneer's only AG doll for a long time, about 2 years or so. Pioneer would always dress Marisol up in the Irish Dance outfit, the only toher AG outfit she had, all the time. They would go everywhere together, the park, mall, store, everywhere! Pioneer loved Marisol. But, Pioneer thought her book was weird. Why? Because Marisol had a crush on her dad. So, Pioneer got freaked out a little, but she didn't stop loving Marisol. But, as the months went on, Pioneer forgot about Marisol. She wanted different AG dolls now, and she put Marisol in storage (under her bed) for Pioneer's baby sister to have when she grew to the appropriate age. Marisol was covered with dust under Pioneer's bed. Then, Pioneer remembered her one day. Pioneer stroked Marisol's hair softly, and realized that she didn't love Marisol as much as she used to. Marisol needed a better home, with someone who really loved her. Pioneer thought that each doll needed a owner who loved them for forever and always. So, Pioneer sold Marisol Luna, and got a lot of money for her. When Marisol was packed and shipped, Pioneer blew her one last kiss (she knew Marisol could feel it from inside the box) and gave her to the UPS guy. Pioneer knew Marisol was going to a home where she would be loved. But, Pioneer was also getting a new AG doll! She had been planning to get Kirsten (because Pioneer LOVES LOVES LOVES the 1800s) ever since Pioneer put Marisol up on ebay. Pioneer rushed to the computer, and quickly ordered Kirsten and her accessories. 5 days later, Kirsten showed up at Pioneer's door, and was and still is loved and cherished by a very happy girl, and Marisol is loved and cherished by another girl.

And so that is the story of Marisol and Kirsten.

Surprise, Julie!

We gave her the latest issue of American Girl Magazine for her birthday!! She read it right away!

Then, we all sat around to eat sweets Rebecca, Samantha, and I made! Rebecca made her favorite lunch, as did Samantha, and I made those cookies with jelly in the middle and star shaped sugar cookies!

And then there's a picture of me and Mini Julie! We had such a great time! It was so very fun!

About the party....

It was postponed for tomorrow. Why? No time AT ALL today! Busy, busy, busy! Unplanned things going on, etcetra, etcetera. But, anyway, at least we will have more time tomorrow, because for some reason of the absolute unknown, Fridays are always busy. Weird. But, anyway, Pioneer is reading the Meet Rebecca book, and she said it's actually very good, on account of AG books sometimes being to young for her reading level (she reads at a highschool level), but she likes the Rebecca books. She thinks that they are mature and very advanced. I hope she reads my book next! And she reads all of our books this summer for the Book Club the library does every summer.

Really, truly,

Ruthie

Our schedule for today

-Get Sam and M.J. to watch a loooong movie together for distraction.
-Get everything set up.
-Get dressed.
-HAVE THE PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and we may not be able to post the pictures until tomorrow..... busy busy busy day!

A group photo of us dolls!

Hi everyone! This is my very first time writing on here, because I am a MINI JULIE and the older dolls always forget about me! But, anyway, here's a group photo of the dolls in our 'doll family'! Oh, and we are still doing the contest! If you have absolutely no idea what I am talking about, read the post before this one! See if you can find me in the picture!

Love,

Mini Julie

Hello, from guess who?

Hello, everyone! We've decided to do something FUN! Every Monday, we will post a contest. It is called WHO IS THE DOLL WRITING THIS POST! The rules are:

1. You must guess by commenting which doll wrote this post.
2. You have a choice between Kirsten, Nellie, Nicki, Ruthie, Mia, Samantha, Molly, and Rebecca.
3. If you guess the right answer, we will write a very special post about YOU!
4. You can only guess once.
5. If there is more than 1 winner, we will mention all the winners, but it can't be more than 5, so the first 5 who guess right will be mentioned. Sorry!
6. We will take turns writing the post. Like, for example, if REBECCA wrote this one, then she wouldn't write the next one, so she would not be a possible answer.
7. You can only ask for 1 hint.

OKAY, who do you think wrote this Monday's post?

From,
Kirsten, Nellie, Nicki, Ruthie, Mia, Samantha, Molly, or Rebecca.

Kailey!

Pioneer just bid on a Kailey AG GOTY 2003 doll on ebay! Yay! We're currently the high bidder! We will tell you if we win it or not!

Happiness!

I have talked to Samantha, and I am so happy now!!!!! I feel like dancing! Here's what happened, what I said is in purple, what Sam said is in red.

Samantha, you are a bully, you know that? You probably already do, and I can't imagine how you can face being like that. You are mean and rude and nasty. And I'm sick of you bullying me and pushing me around! It's NOT MY FAULT AG RETIRED YOU AND MADE ME! I DIDN'T CHOOSE TO BE PUT IN A TIME SO CLOSE TO YOURS! YOU ARE ACTING ENTIRELY IMMATURE AND MEAN! YOU ARE JUST HURTING YOURSELF! HATE IS WASTE! IT JUST HURTS YOU!

Samantha looked shocked. I was out of breath from yelling, and the other dolls were staring at me all wide-eyed and gaping. Then, I saw tears form in Samantha's eyes. They began to fall and splatter onto her dress.

I'm sorry, Beckie. I truly am. I know I'm mean, I know I'm all those things. I deserve to be retired. I really do. I was just so jealous that everyone liked you and Pioneer went crazy over you and stuff. I can't believe I acted so horrible. You're right; hate is waste. It just hurt me.

I then said quietly, "It's enough, Sam. It's time to move on, no more fighting. It just withers us down until we're nothing but a speck of dust."

Then, Samantha and I hugged each other. I then asked her if we could have a sleepover tonight, and she said yes. Now, we are good friends, and no more fighting! I'm so happy I finally stood up for myself! I feel good now, like I feel all happy.

Shalom!

Rebecca

It's Rebecca.

I read Mia's last blog entry, and she also warned me. I AM SO SICK OF THIS! SAMANTHA IS A BULLY! I am going to go talk to her right now! I will write later!

Super Secretive Spy News

OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH! IT'S MIA, AND I'VE JUST LOOKED AT SAM'S REVENGE BINDER AGAIN, AND YOU MUST MUST MUST KNOW!

Rebecca and Molly were with Pioneer all day, so us dolls just hung out at Pioneer's house. Everyone was playing Truth or Dare, except Sam. She was sitting behind Pioneer's bed, in the dark, with something that we didn't see. So, we were just laughing and daring and spilling out our secrets when Sam poked her head out from behind the bed and looked around. I motioned for the girls to follow me, and I told Sam that we were going to go get some cranberry juice (that's my fave =D) and 'left' the room (we really just hid in the upstairs hall closet). Then, we saw Sam come out from behind Pioneer's very large bed with THE BLACK BINDER!!!!!!!! We all were shocked and Kirsten accidentally gasped, but Nicki slapped her hand over Kirsten's mouth. Sam then put the binder back behind the desk, and went back, picked out a book from the AG shelf, and climbed up onto the bed. Then, I whispered to all the dolls that we should act like we just came back from the kitchen, wiping our mouths like we just drank some juice, and bug the life out of Sam so that she would go downstairs and leave us to look at her binder.

So, we walked in, wiped our mouths, and started playing Duck, Duck, Goose, except we did the more 'hyper' version, when you tackle the person running from you, and you slap someone on the head when you call make them Goose, and Mush Pot is when everyone does a dog pile on that person and hollers random things like, "ORANGE CREAM POPSICLE SICKS ON WEDNESDAYS!" or "JELLY ON TOAST IS GOOD WITH APPLES!", and when everyone yells 1 random thing, we all scream at the same time, "MUSHY MUSHY APPLE CINNAMON BROWN SUGAR OATMEAL!". And also when someone is being chased, everyone else yells at the top of their lungs, "RUN RUN RUN! OR YOU'LL BE MUSHY MUSHY YUCKY MOLDY OLD COLD APPLE CINNAMON BROWN SUGAR OATMEAL 10 DAYS OLD!" and then we burst into random giggling. Sorry, that was a very, very long sentence, but it's hard to explain with a bunch of different sentences. But, anyway, after about 8 minutes of playing this, Sam yelled at us, "GUYS!", and we all turned to look at her. She was rubbing her temples and her eyes were closed. Then, she said, "I'm going downstairs to watch some AG movies and eat lunch, okay? You guys are giving me a monster headache."

We all nodded, and when we were sure she was downstairs eating and watching movies, we all ran to behind the desk. And, oh, the horrible revenge Sam has planned!

Here is what Sam wrote:

Rebecca Rubin is a horrible doll. I will plot my revenge against her. Here is the final and official plan: I will humiliate her.

Here are the steps:

1. Pretend to be nice to Rebecca
2. Share stuff with her
3. Pretend you like her
4. Read her books
5. Once you have gathered all possible information about her, think of a horrible thing to do, which is insult her about her father, the shoemaker. Here is what I am going to say:

Hi, Beckie! Would you like some of my sandwich? I am so glad we're friends! I've read your books, and they are very good! You lead such an interesting life! Especially how your third class and your father is a poor shoemaker! What a sorry soul! I feel so bad for all those poverty-stricken useless immigrants. Tsk-tsk. They should really start working harder, especially those dreadful shoemakers. They are so low-class, don't you agree? You're probably on your father's side, but I can assure you, Beckie, that he should get a life. Oh, and one other thing: shoemakers' daughters should not replace wealthy daughters.

I was shocked to read this!!!!!!!! Can you believe it? I must warn Rebecca now!

Hello, not from the lake house.

It is Sam. i just wanted to say, us dolls all share an email account, and I saw the email to this ALOF doll, Millie was her name. Rebecca wrote her an email without talking to us about it first! Who even gave her permission to use the email account? Well, anyway, Pioneer is getting another doll! That Millie doll! She's not an AG doll, so I'm not jealous, but what if she gets another AG doll TOO! Rebecca said that Pioneer was getting 2 dolls, Millie being included. So, who is the next doll that our owner will get? Oh, and all the other dolls are so annoying! They wouldn't eat with me at lunchtime, and are TOTALLY giving me the cold shoulder. I can't believe they're on Rebecca's stupid side! What is up with that? That is sooooooooooooo messed up! They should be on MY side! Ugh!

Samantha

Some pics of me and Molly!

Hello again! Here are some pics of me and Molly! Mostly me, though! I finally shook Molly awake, and she awoke with a grunt and a snort.... haha!

Oh, my gosh!!!!!

Millie wrote me back! Here is what she wrote:

Dear Miss Rebecca Rubin,

My heart jumped with joy when I read your email. I felt so happy! I told all the dolls about your email, and they read it and said how sweet you were to write me! They loved the email, and they were very happy for me. Now, to answer your question: yes, I would be honored and would LOVE to come live with you dolls and Pioneer! I would LOVE it! I cannot wait to come there! It will be another journey! Haha! I am honored that Pioneer wants to buy me! I can just tell Pioneer loves the pioneer settler period (the 1800s) just by her name! Is that what her name means? Well, anywho, I would love to be pen pals with you until I arrive there! What a wonderful thing to do! Oh, we could write each other every day and tell each other all the news, you tell me the AG news and I tell you my ALOF news. Oh, and would you mind telling me the link to your blog? I would love to be able to read it every day, the new posts by you and your 'sisters'! Do you know, that Violet is the daughter of Elsie, and I am Elsie's cousin? Haha! It is so neat how 3 of us are all linked together! Kathleen and Laylie aren't related to us, though, but we still act like one big family! I have heard about American Girl, and I understand that it is a very popular doll brand. I am going to look you up right after I finish writing to you. This is funny, because I was just checking my email when yours was sent to mine! I read it, and thought that I must reply right away. It absolutley brightened up my day to know I was going to be bought soon! Oh, I must go now; tea time with Elsie, Violet, Laylie, and Kathleen!

Lots of love,

Millie Keith

Oh, I can't wait until Millie comes here!

Shalom!

Beckie

A letter!

Guys, guys! Guess what? I'm going to write a letter to Millie! Here's what I've written her so far:

Dear Miss Millie Keith,

I am Rebecca Rubin. I am the newest American Girl doll, I just came out May 31st this year. Pioneer (my owner) bought me very quickly, and now I am living happily with 7 other American Girl dolls. They are Kirsten Larson, Nellie O'Malley, Nicki Fleming, Ruthie Smithens, Mia St. Clair, Samantha Parkington, and Molly McIntire. Pioneer is a big doll collector, she loves dolls. Well, I am writing you because Pioneer really wants a A Life of Faith doll. She thinks it would be a marvelous addition to her doll collection. She is saving up now for 2 dolls again, a A Life of Faith doll and another American Girl doll maybe. We don't know quite yet which American Girl doll she will buy, she might just buy 2 A Life of Faith dolls. We are not certain, but we do know she is definitely buying a ALOF doll! Well,
I know for sure, but the other dolls don't know yet, because we are at Pioneer's lake house, and she only brought Molly and me, but anyway I am the only one that knows about this! Molly is sleeping, so I am the lucky doll! But, that's not what this letter is about. I was wondering if you would like to come live with us. Pioneer really wants you as her very first ALOF doll. A couple years ago, she went to Barnes and Noble, and she saw your books! I think that was a sign she would get you. But, would you really like to come live with us? We would love to have more dolls in our home that are also 18", but not AGs. It would be rather interesting and fun, don't you agree? Well, please write me back as soon as possible! We could be pen pals until you are bought!

Shalom!

Rebecca Rubin

Okay, let me just copy and paste this letter to an email, and send it! Okay, I just sent it to Millie! Oh, I hope she writes back soon!

Shalom!

Beckie

ALOF

Pioneer keeps looking at the Life of Faith dolls, Millie mainly. I think she wants to get Millie next, along with another AG doll. I personally love Millie! She is so pretty! Her stories look great! Pioneer will have to find a special ALOF space for the dolls, though. Like, she is a doll collector, she has a place for her 13 Barbies, her 4 Madame Alexander dolls, and her 8 AG dolls. I wonder where she would put her ALOF dolls? I guess she'd have to get a new shelf or something. Here's the order I think she wants the ALOF dolls:

1. Millie
2. Elsie
3. Violet
4. Laylie
5. Kathleen

I think she should get Millie first! I hope she does! Vote on the side poll and see which AG and ALOF doll collection Pioneer should get (she better start saving up money!)

Shalom!

Rebecca

P.S. I'm really happy today because only Molly and I are here at the lake house, not Samantha! Yay!

Greetings from the Lake!

Hello! It's Beckie here, and Molly and I are at the lake! Well, Pioneer's lake house, well not really owned by her anymore because her parents are selling it, and someone has bought it, and it's a long story. But, anyway, I am hungry now. I'll go make myself something to eat. I wonder if they have anything Kosher here?

Shalom!

The Molly Article

The Molly Chronicle
By Molly McIntire, associated press

Hello! I'm Molly, you all know my story, but this is not what today's article is about. It's about the S&R Conflict, or the Samantha and Rebecca Conflict. The other dolls say that Sam is just mean sometimes, and she used to be the new doll and the special one, and she's never experienced a new doll before. She was the last doll Pioneer got! But, I think this is a permanent grudge Sam is holding against Rebecca. To tell you the truth, Sam is mean. I was talking to Rebecca on the way here to Pioneer's house, and she was super sweet and nice and smart and funny. I just hope that Sam makes up with Rebecca, because I think they would be great friends if Sam just gave Beckie a chance. What do you think? Are you on Sam's side or Beckie's side? Tell us by commenting on this!

I talked to Samantha

It's Rebecca, and I'll write the whole conversation here, the stuff I write in purple is what I said, the stuff I write in red is what Samantha said.

"Samantha, can we please be friends? I'm sorry AG retired you, but you know what? That makes you even more special and valuable and rare! So, in a way, you are the most rarest doll in AG."

"Rebecca, we can't be friends. We can be enemies, but not friends. Absolutely positively NO!"

"Why not? I'm only ten years different from you, I'm from 1914 and you're from 1904."

"I think I can do the math Rebecca. This conversation is offically OVER! This never took place."

See how mean she is?

Love,

Rebecca

The Sleepover

Hi guys! It's Rebecca again, and I'll tell you about last night's HORRIBLE sleepover.

Well, we went and slept in Pioneer's baby sister's toddler bed. Nellie had to sleep sideways at our feet, and Kirsten had to sleep sideways at our heads. I had to sleep next to SAMANTHA!

We were all giggling because every time we moved our feet, Nellie would be tickled in the ribs, and every time we turned our heads, Kirsten would be bumped. It started out fun, but it soon stopped.

It was about 12 midnight, and we were all still wide awake because we had eaten some of Samantha's lunch and some of mine, and we ate only the sweets from our lunches, so we were very hyper. I was whispering to Kirsten, and Samantha was rolling over and over, and she bumped me, and didn't say sorry. So, I thought she just did it to be funny, so I bumped her back, and she sung her head around, said to me through her teeth, "Stop it NOW!" and turned back around. Everyone was quiet, even Molly, who was the most talkative. I felt tears forming in my eyes, and I laid back down on the pillow, and let the tears spill out of my eyes and onto the pillow. Nellie tried to hug my, but she couldn't, so she just held my hand, and Kirsten held my other hand. No one was talking now, so Samantha fell asleep. When we were absolutely sure that Samantha was asleep, we all gathered in a circle at the end of the bed and whispered about Samantha. I found out why Samantha was so angry.

"She's just angry at you because she was retired, you were made and sold to replace her, but not in a bad way. You just got a really close time to her, in fact the next time available in between Sam and Kit, so you're lucky," Kirsten explained. I felt a little better, but still I was hurt. It's not my fault AG replaced me for Samantha. I am now going to go talk to Samantha about this conflict. I hope it works out. Wish me luck!

It's Rebecca Rubin

Hi guys! My name is Rebecca Rubin, and I'm the newest AG doll. I'm from 1914, and you probably all know my background and stuff, so I guess I'll just, well, I don't know. Oh, I have to let it out, and Mia set it so Samantha couldn't read what I post, so here it is: I don't like Samantha! She is mean, self centered, and rude. I was shocked when she snapped at me last night! I cried and cried. All the other dolls were very nice to me, though: they hugged me and made me feel better. I was so sad, it felt like my heart had been shattered. I felt horrible. We're all having a sleepover tonight, and I guess 1 of us will tell you tomorrow how it goes. But, I'm so sad! I'm silently crying right now, because Samantha is downstairs, and I don't want her to hear me cry! Oh, how she would torture me! The endless insults, the taunts, the torturing! I am heartbroken! I am sad. I'm going to go talk with the other dolls now, goodbye!

The New Dolls

It is Sam. I am ANGRY! So, I will write in red, to express my mood. Here is what Pioneer's mom brought back from AG B&B Atlanta:
-Rebecca doll, book, and accessories.
-Molly doll, book, and accessories.
-Rebecca's Movie dress.
-Kirsten's summer dress.
-AG B&B Atlanta girls' tee shirt.
-Matching doll AG B&B tee.
-Rebecca's school set.
-AG pink and orange tote for dolls.

But, let me tell you about when I met the new dolls:

I was sitting, doing work at Pioneer's desk, when Pioneer comes bursting in with her baby sister, sets the dolls up (Pioneer doesn't know that we dolls can talk and walk and think and eat), and runs out to spend time with her mommy and sister. Then, we met Molly and Rebecca.

Nellie, Nicki, Ruthie, Mia, Kirsten, and I lined up to meet the dolls. Rebecca was dressed in black tights, a wool dress/coat with velvet sleeves, a velvet hat, and a shawl, like it was freezing outside! But, Molly was wearing a felt skirt, socks, Mary-Jane shoes, a blouse, and a wool sweater. Anyway, here's how it went.

Molly introduced herself first. "Hi, my name is Molly McIntire, and my father is in Europe taking care of wounded soldiers during the war, I am 9 years old, I have a little brother named Brad, an older brother named Ricky, an older sister named Jill, and my mom. My mom is a red cross nurse, and my best friends are Linda and Susan. I miss my dad a whole lot, and hope he comes home soon, but we have to make the best out of these times," Molly said. We all clapped,  and I hugged her and told her to sit by me. Then, lame-o Rebecca introduced herself. Ugh.

"Hi, my name is Rebecca Rubin, and my father is a shoemaker, I am 9 years old, I have a little brother named Benny, two older sisters, who are twins, named Sophie and Sadie, and I ahve an older brother named Victor, who is about to have his Bar Mitzvah. I also have a cousin named Ana, her two brothers named Michael and Josef, but Josef is still on Ellis Island with an injured leg. Then there's my mom, Bubbie, or grandmother, Grandpa, Aunt Fannie, and Uncle Jacob. They all came here directly from Russia recently. I'm Jewish, and my parents and grandparents immigrated from Russia before I was born. These days, workers at the factories are going on strikes, but they haven't yet gotten what they need yet," Rebecca told us. Everyone clapped except for me, and then we all sat in a circle and told Molly and Rebecca about us.

"I'm Irish, my real parents are dead, but then Samantha, who was already adopted by her Uncle, came and met us with her Aunt and Uncle, and helped us escape the cruel orphanage, and then we were adopted by Samantha's Uncle and Aunt too, so we're sisters now, and I have two younger sisters, Bridget and Jenny, and Sam and I are BFF dolls," Nellie said.

"I come from Sweden, and I live on a farm with my uncle, aunt, and cousins. I have an older brother named Lars, and a younger brother named named Peter, and a baby sister named Britta. My cousins' names are Lisbeth, the oldest, who is 13, and Anna, the youngest, but not really young, about 8. Then there is Papa and Mama," Kirsten said.

"I was girl of the year 2007, and I have a younger brother, my dad, and my mom, who is pregnant with twins. I volunteered for my mom to train a puppy named Sprocket to be a dog who helps people. I live in Colorado on a farm, and I love to ride my horse named Jackson, and my best friend is Becca," said Nicki.

"I was girl of the year 2008, and I love to skate. There's my mom, dad, and three older brothers. My brothers play hockey, while I figure skate. I love, love skating, and that's about it," said Mia.

"I am growing up during the Great Depression. There's me, Mom, and Dad, and my dad is a banker, so we aren't, fortunately, poor like others. I am the BFF doll to Kit Kittredge," said Ruthie.

"Ummmmmmmm......" I began. "I'm Samantha Parkington, but I like to be called Sam. I live with Nellie, her sisters, my uncle and my aunt. I used to live with my grandmother, but then my uncle and aunt adopted me, Nellie, Bridget, and Jenny. Nellie's my BFF. I used to be one of the most popular dolls at AG, but then I was retired and replaced by Rebecca, and so they kicked me out basically to make Rebecca. So, that's me."

I glared at Rebecca the whole time. I was so angry at her. But, Rebecca looked away, like she didn't see, but I could tell she was scared. And she should be, because I'm going to get her with my revenge. She is annoying, too. She came up to me after we were done with meeting each other, and she said:

"Hi, Samantha! I'm glad to meet you! We can talk about a lot of stuff, since we're both from the early 1900s. Isn't that cool?" Rebecca said. Then she tried to hug me, but I backed away.

"Ummmm, Rebecca, please call me Sam, okay? And, no, it's not cool, because you're ten years ahead of me, so you have more things in your time. So, let's just ignore each other, okay?" I snapped at her. Rebecca's lower lip trembled, and her eyes sparkled, but she just turned her back and walked to go talk to Nellie. I ran to Molly, who was talking to Ruthie, and pulled her away from Ruthie. I started talking to her and saying how we should have a sleepover tomorrow (today) since Thursday was Pioneer's last day of school, and I hugged her and said I love her like a sister and made plans with her and read her book, and gave her book 5 stars. Molly looked kind of nervous, but I'm sure she was just shy. She kept glancing back at all the other dolls though, like she wanted to go hangout with them. They were all huddled around Rebecca, and Rebecca was sniffling and gasping and letting out quiet sobs, and Nellie and the others were whispering to her and rubbing her back, and sneaking glances at me. I held my head high, though, but a teeny tiny corner of my heart was aching, and a tiny bit of me was feeling a little bad, but I shook it off and read books and stuff.

I wonder is Rebecca or Molly will write on here?
